La Terra di Mezzo is a holiday home offering apartments at a fixed price, for a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum of 29 days per year (not necessarily consecutive).
Our family-run establishment does not have a permanent reception service. However, the owner Guido is always available to arrange your arrival time and organize the key handover.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Arrivals after this time must be agreed upon in advance.
For check-out, unless otherwise agreed with the owner, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day following your last overnight stay.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: blankets, pillows, towels, and personal hygiene products. After each guest’s stay, the apartment is cleaned and the bed linens and towels are replaced. Additionally, each apartment includes a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
