How does check-in work?
Our family-run structure does not have a reception service; however, the owner Guido is always available to arrange the arrival time and organize the key handover.
Check-in
3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Arrivals outside these hours must be agreed upon in advance. The owner will provide you with two keys: one for the front door and one for the apartment door, as well as a gate tag.
Check-out
By 11 a.m.
Unless otherwise agreed with the owner, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day after the last overnight stay. A late check-out will result in an additional day’s charge.
Rules
To ensure the well-being of future guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house, nor are pets, even small ones.
On arrival and before receiving the keys, guests are required to show proof of identity for each person accommodated.
Guests must arrange the return of the keys with the owner. In case of loss, the guest will be charged €15 for each key and/or tag.
Other people are welcome in the house (with prior approval from the owner), but only the number of guests indicated at the time of booking may stay overnight.
Guests are required to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
